Seaside Rooftop — Leisure Area
A contemporary leisure area for a beachfront apartment building: infinity-edge pool, warm wood deck, cypress and Mediterranean planting, restrained golden-hour light. The aim was a calm, understated atmosphere where the water and the light do the talking.
Workflow: SketchUp (base modeling) → 3ds Max (refinement) → D5 Render (materials, vegetation, lighting, camera) → Photoshop (post-production).
Self-authored project developed from a base floor plan provided by the Oficina 3D course (instructor Ander Alencar). All modeling, art direction, materials, lighting and post are my own.
